All plants are guaranteed to arrive in healthy condition with genetics guaranteed. Please contact us immediately upon arrival if you have an issue and we will make it right.
Refunds
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5-10 amount of days.
Exchanges
We only replace plants if they are defective or damaged. If you need to replace a plant, send us an email at fanellifarms@gmail.com
